Commissions - DEPOSIT ONLY

BEFORE ORDERING: please read and make sure you understand the following Custom Commission Terms: 

• By submitting this commission request, YOU ( aka the Client) confirm that you have read and agree to the following policies & acknowledgements below and linked here: 
  • The Client understands that the initial deposit reserves a limited commission slot and will be credited toward the Base Commission Price if the commission proceeds. The deposit is not the full purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The deposit is refundable within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, provided the Client has not submitted the required commission details form during that period. Once the Client submits the form, the deposit becomes non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the Maker (Helana) is unable to proceed with the commission. If the required form is not submitted within the fourteen-day period, the Maker will cancel the reservation, refund the deposit in full, and release the commission slot. 
  • The Client understands that the remaining commission balance is due according to the payment terms in the commission agreement, which the Maker will send to the Client after the commission terms have been outlined and agreed upon in writing. The remaining balance must be paid before production begins. Shipping costs will be calculated separately and invoiced when the commission is complete. The shipping invoice must be paid before the finished commission is shipped. 
  • The Client acknowledges that custom commissions are handmade, and that production and delivery timelines are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Changes to approved specifications may affect the price and completion timeline.
  • The Client agrees to provide accurate information, measurements, and shipping details, respond to requests for approval in a timely manner, and follow the applicable care and use instructions for their finished piece.
  • The Client understands that these policies govern the commission process and that their rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not waived.
    

AFTER ORDERING: You’ll receive a commission details form to provide the details of your order, if you haven’t already completed one (see above for more details). The remaining commission balance, including shipping and any additional agreed-upon charges, will be due before your completed piece is shipped.

SHIPPING: Please note that shipping is not included in this deposit. Shipping will be calculated based on the finished commission and destination, then added to your final invoice.

• Because the products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.
